One of the keys to staying involved in workouts is breaking up the monotony of working out. This is a four week program to Kettlebells 4 Aesthetics, which we love. The program is designed to instruct you on the utilization of kettlebells for your aesthetic training goals.
When you sign up to receive weekly workouts in your inbox from Kettlebell Kings for this training program you will receive an email each week for the next four weeks which breaks down your training regimen for the week! The workouts are crafted the experts at Mind Pump Media who have years of experience in aesthetic training and competitions.
You build strength, endurance and muscle!
Which Muscles Will You Build:
- Frequency: 3 days/week, with at least 1 day in between Foundational Workouts
- Sets & Rep Range: 3 sets, 8-12 reps/exercise (Both sides for unilateral movements)
- Rest Between Sets: 30-60 seconds between sets
- Kettlebell Front Loaded Squats
- Kettlebell Bench Seal Rows
- Kettlebell Tricep Extensions
- Kettlebell Leg Lever
- Seated Kettlebell Calf Raise
